MY ENGLISH REALM

Let me introduce myself. My name is Tom. I am thirty years old. I live in a small town. I work in a factory as a worker. I am still single. I live with my parents and younger sister in a block of flats. We have a dog. I learn English. It is my hobby. I study every day.  Am I a good student? I don't know. I'm not studying now; I am reading a book.

I usually go to work by car. Today I am taking the bus because my car is broken. In the afternoon, I have an English lesson in the language school. I enjoy learning English. I want to learn the language well. Nowadays, it is important to know English. You need it for your job. Children have to learn English at school. It is a mandatory subject for them. I still cannot speak English well. I only know some basic words and sentences. I can introduce myself and ask for directions. That's all for the present.

What am I doing tonight? I am going to a pub with my colleague from work. On Saturday, I am visiting my girlfriend. She lives in Prague.

I will tell you something about my town. What can you find there? There is a cinema in our town. There is also a theatre in our town. Is there a railway station in our town? Yes, there is. How can we get there? You can take a bus or walk there. Is it far from the centre? No, it isn't. You don't need to go by bus.
Yesterday, I was in the cinema. There were only a few people there. If it is nice on Sunday, I will go for a trip.
